ABS was founded in 2008 by Ben Derebie, MBA, CMA. It was at that time that he decided to share his experience in accounting and managerial solutions from private industry to provide accounting, bookkeeping, Tax and consulting services from his Berkeley office. At ABS, we have a strong background in financial and managerial accounting, bookkeeping, Tax, accounting system setup, outsourcing and applicable software. When we work with our clients, we cut out the jargon to keep you as involved and informed as possible. You can choose to outsource your accounting manager or controller roles from our highly experienced staff.

We meet all our clients in person to discuss our accounting and bookkeeping outsource services in order to evaluate their needs.
